Backus Suites

In the heart of Vero Beach’s financial district. Backus Executive suites, located at 700 22nd Place, is 10,000 square feet of prime professional space. The Backus building built in 1984, consists of two floors of freshly renovated office space. The Backus building is wired to meet all your IT needs and has a built in whole building generator for protection against power outages. The exterior is made up of concrete block and brick and the roof is weatherproof tile. All windows and doors are impact resistance. The Backus Buildings layout provides private office space for 75% of the building but does offer five communal executive suites which share a central lobby, conference room, kitchenette and copy center.
